The majority of people want to shed a few pounds, it's just that they don't have the knowledge or the time to research and swim through the sea of loony, misinformation. 1. Exercise

You must seriously be prepared to do some form of exercise if you want to lose weight so take on something - something is better than nothing. 8/10
